Draft Law: 6 Ganja Plants...Maybe
Thais Allowed 6 Plants....Maybe #expaatlife
Expats will not be allowed to grow if the law passes, but there could be an abundance of ganja in town if it does!
There is no way the laws will remain restricted to medical use.
It's just too small a market. Give it 1 year before the oversupply emerges.
